I've been calling for lease information and left a voicemail several days ago and no one got back to me. I tried calling again and still no answer. I'll take that as a red flag to avoid this place.

I would like for the head of this apartment complex to call me. I would like to report Shadday the manager of Royal crescent. She is very unprofessional and rude. I have so much to complain about that i don't even know where to start. If Shadday's manager of the head of Royal Crescent in Mt Royal can please reach out to me. I would appreciate it. Thank you

I don't know what this place looks like on the inside of the buildings but I know it very nice and kept clean on the outside. I just pick up a kid and take him back and forth to school

Got my lease terminated after a year of early rent payments because I stuck up for my disabled vet neighbor, the maintenance man Keith assaulted him and I went to court against Keith and shadae Jefferson, they then retaliated against me by destroying my documentation for recertification so they could legally put out my family mind you we have two kids under 2 years old in less than a month a hardship lawsuit will be filed because we are now homeless. Called resident relations but they never answer. Shadae is a property manager with no experience other than administration and a nursing degree. She constantly explains to us that she doesn’t know what she’s doing and that we need to call corporate for something as simple as returning a payment made in error. Horrible community. I hate living here I legit WANT to be evicted. Been here for 1 years and a half and they don’t fix anything. Management and maintenance doesn’t take their job seriously they just sit in the office flirting with eachother. Even after they changed the manager still no change. How hard is it to fix a closet door? The lock chain on my front door is broke. He came to me give a new one and it literally fell off 10 mins later lmao
