Royal Arms of Green Hills

Lived there from January 68- January 69. Made life long friends while living in Apt R7. Graduated Hillsboro HS 1968. Good memories of Royal Arms and Nashville. While it's older it's still looks great. Can't beat the location. Lived in many places since then but still a special place I once called home.

I’m honestly sad to move out! I really lucked out with this place and my experience here has been awesome. Super spacious and great for my price. Deena in the main office is MY GIRL and needs a raise! She gets maintenance scheduled super fast, the maintenance staff is always friendly and I personally didn’t experience bugs or noise. My cats also loved the birds and views. I also LOVE the pool, great walking location and safe for me. I had washer and dryer hookups which also was such a game changer! I stayed here for 5 years! (Moved away for family purposes, nothing to do with the space) 🥰

The people in charge here are all over the place and can’t seem to get it together. I’ve lived here for a year now and have had constant issues including the closet floors constantly falling off, the tub and drains throughout the apartment do not drain well and cause flooding at times, there are ants in our rooms that will not go away regardless of what we do. These are common issues and I do not expect perfection however it was something to consider when renewing our lease. We wanted to stay but change units because of the issues and were told it was not possible to move units unless we pay $300 which we did just to not hear anything from them. There are multiple units available online but they refuse to work with us on switching units. We decided to stay in this unit and renew the lease

I was extremely skeptical when I read the Google reviews about Royal Arms when seeking housing for my daughter. However, our experience has been nothing but super positive from the first moment we contacted Kelle at Royal Arms to inquire about openings in July. There were zero hidden fees and the lease was very straight forward and easy to understand. Their customer service has been outstanding all the way around. The girls have had an ice maker go out. Once they put in the mainentance request, it was resolved with a day. On Monday night, their power went out and they contacted emergency maintenance. They immediately dispatched someone and the issue was resolved within a couple of hours. The apartment complex is an older complex, but my daughter's apartment is extremely nice and maintai

I have lived here for 2+ years and have really enjoyed it so far!! Super close to Lipscomb and a 15-20 minute drive to Vandy during rush hour. While it is an older complex, the layout is very spacious when compared to modern, newly built complexes. You also can't beat the price for such a nice area in Nashville. In general, I feel safe walking around adjacent neighborhoods near the Lipscomb campus in the daytime, so I would also give a great rating on safety. It's also seconds away to places like Trader Joe's, Kroger, Walgreens/CVS, and the Green Hills mall. The management is also really great. They are friendly, helpful, and will fix any maintenance issues you may have in a timely manner.
