RJA refuses to take responsibility for the damage incurred to my vehicle due to a pothole they confirmed as repaired to TDOT when it was never actually fixed based on evidence presented by TDOT’s internal records. They are unresponsive to emails, phone calls, and demand letters, citing in the one denial response I did receive that they can’t be held accountable if they were simply contracted to perform the work. Clearly, they have chosen to ignore the burden of proof and hope I will give up on pursing reimbursement.

The company enters into a contract with the public without its written agreement that puts the public at risk of the company's inept ability to provide services in a safe and responsible manner. Work and do business with this company at your own peril. Drive on VDOT-maintained roads at your own risk.

This company caused me thousands of dollars damage due to they're poor work. Then denied responsibility and said they are operating within there guidelines. Completely irresponsible company with poor management skills, careful driving on roads in Virginia.. this company has no regard to human life or there property

This business has a beautiful, well-maintained property.
