Mark and Carrie are a wonderful conscientious couple that run Round Top Realty. They go out of their way to take care of the customer. Honesty is their best policy. They also do property management.

Our experience was great! We bought our property through phone calls, online photos and video and we couldn't be happier. Kari was our agent and she was very helpful. We would definitely use them again.

Tried to view an apartment that was month to month from Mark. I have a perfect credit rating and have enough money in my bank to pay for the housing for over a year with out employment. Submitted an application that shows my new new employment and was told “no”. Never even got to view the space for rent. My advice is if u r in need of housing don’t go through this company. Even if u literally have money in the bank and the credit score, getting thru Mark is not an option, go w someone/another “business”. Was trying to find month to month housing while I look to buy a home in this community 🤷🏽‍♀️. Good luck Round Top, while u allow ur housing to go empty. Thanks and good luck.
