Hello, I am a resident of Country Oaks and Oakstone apartments in Clearfield, UT. I want to commend the new manager. Sarah has gone above and beyond to improve the community since she started in the middle of 2025. She truly runs the property with integrity, grace, and kindness. I have never had an apartment manager quite like her that truly cares about her residents. I have watched her countless times going out of her way to help those in need including opening a community food pantry. She ensures her team takes care of us and if there is an issue it is quickly resolved. Thank you, thank you, thank you Roundhouse for bringing her into our lives!!!!!

This is a review for the apartment viewing process. We didn't end up renting with Roundhouse but had a great experience with the rental manager Kaiden Freeman. My fiancé and I went to River Walk for apartment viewing without a prior appointment. Kaiden was so friendly and helpful in explaining to us all the options we have. In addition to showing us the property at River Walk, he even gave us a tour for another available rental at a sister apartment complex Watercooler apartments. At that point we have already done a lot of apartment viewings for many days, and Kaiden was honestly the most professional, well-spoken, and sharp rental manager we've ever met. I live in one of their properties and it's so far been an absolute nightmare. I have attached images of what it's actually like to live in a property managed by roundhouse. It would be one thing if they actually handled these maintenance requests properly. Unfortunately they don't even know how to fix most the stuff. There's water leaking from behind walls into the hallway, there's gaps in the doors you can see daylight through, instead of putting the proper pins in the doors, they jammed nails in, water leaking from the shower doors in multiple units, circuit breakers flipping, caulking missing in multiple areas, rot and water damaged frames and baseboards, and clear issues written on the doors with tape by the construction team which have since been taken down, the HVAC-heat/AC stink i

What a horrible management company. If you’re ever planning on renting from a Roundhouse property, I would urge you to reconsider. Their management staff is completely incompetent. I was on a trip for a two months and came back to my garage filled with another individuals vehicle and belongings, while I was still paying for my apartment/garage. They never made an effort to reimburse me for the items of mine they threw away. Now, a year after moving out of one of their properties, they are trying to collect almost $500 from me and refuse to disclose what it’s for. What a joke! Avoid Roundhouse at all costs. If you’re in Northern Colorado, avoid Cycle Apartments!

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this apartment complex. I submitted an application and payment, but never received any communication or updates. Despite following up multiple times, my emails went unanswered. My application was never processed, and I was never issued a refund. The lack of professionalism and accountability is unacceptable. The only positive part of the experience was Iris ! She was the only leasing agent who showed any professionalism or kindness. Unfortunately, the rest of the management did not follow through or communicate at all. I do not recommend applying here unless you want to risk wasting your time and money.
