Round Rock Townhomes

I lived at 502 for a year and a half and had a great experience. The house was very well-maintained, and the neighborhood is incredibly quiet and peaceful. I truly enjoyed my time here and highly recommend it!

The office staff is super sweet and maintenance has been great as well. They are very clean and make sure their property is well kept. Monthly pest control and I haven’t had any issues. It’s very calm here as well. By far the best I’ve ever rented in Arlington, hands down.

If I could give zero stars I would… these apartments are nothing like the photos and need to be torn down and rebuilt due to extreme roach problem. My last straw was my crawling baby ending up with one in his food. I left the apartments and their leasing agent GABBY advised it wouldn’t show as a eviction due to me leaving before eviction court but not only did she lie, I’m now owing more than i initially did with no assistance. I’ve called and requested the number to corporate and nobody acts as if they have it…. I spoke to several neighbors who homes were in worst conditions than mine with the roaches and mine was so bad I put it on my move in packet and they just got WORSE

Do not apply here. They are strictly only trying to obtain application fees. Places like this are normally trying to pocket money from applicants. I was literally told by Alyssa what my credit score could be in order to obtain a rental on one day and not even 24hrs later I was told that I did not qualify. My credit score is above the requirement. I have no evictions or broken leases. I also make 4xs the rent with a stable job. Be weary of this property. The are truly scamming individuals and families. This makes me wonder what else is going on with this property.....
