Management & office staff are so friendly. They always take care of whatever I need. I live in a 2 bdrm unit (2 full baths with walk in closets). Big eat in kitchen area. Also a Sun room. Great place to live.

I tried to call here to inquire about a 2 bedroom apartment. The phone kept ringing and ring I left a message and never received a call back. I even used the AI help button to help try to schedule a tour and the link that was generated was not allowing me to book a tour. I guess they don’t want residents so I will be moving on!

Absolutely terrible, I've lived here 2013 and unfortunately still here. The management is by far the worst thing about this place. Teresa should have been fired long ago. They can't keep a maintenance man to save their lives. Gone months with dishwasher broke, months with washer broken, then the dryer. They finally fixed everything and now hasn't even been a year and the "new" dryer they put in doesn't work. Called 15 times Tuesday to place a work order for it just to be told it has to be done online. Put one in online today is now Friday and still nobody has come to fix it. Called 8 times today, no answer. Funny thing is I sit in the parking lot and watch them just sitting behind the computer with no residents in the office and just chose not to answer the phone. Do not rent here. They have no regard for privacy. They will just walk into your home and say they put a note on your door but it was never there. They fine you for any little thing but never fix real issues for months. Washer doesn't work? They will fix it in a few months. Car inspection just run out? Your car is towed. No compassion or care for anyone who lives here. I worked in apartment maintenance for years and we did all we could to respect and care for our valuable tenants. Here you are just treated like your not human. It is truly unbelievable.

Absolute worst place ever. I lived here a very unfortunate 5 years. The office staff is as rude as can be. They will literally make a meeting with you, have you sit for 45 minutes, and then tell you they are too busy. Promise call backs that are never made, and when you finally do get through, they hang up on you. I went months without an oven. Months with a broken window. They refused to fix things that were dangerous. Once had a maintenance man came to look at our dishwasher and told us whoever fixed it before had done something extremely dangerous. Last month we were there our washing machine was broken No one even came by or called because they knew we were moving out. One time, they did a state inspection and my unit was chosen.
