Keypad entry to get in. Handicap apartment with elevator. Safer than most. Sweet tenants.
I absolutely love the way the building has been restored for elderly living. It's quiet and very peaceful.
Rouleau House is set in a great location. The public library is right next to it; Sherman's Shoes is just down the street; and there are a number of businesses in walking distances. And because the traffic is light, for the most part, on Main Street, it's a great place to walk.
Still the same need some work like painting.this is a.historic place it's been hear a long time need new carpet and the.doors need fixing.i don't know about every ones else appatment.but mine need.some things fixed up plus.we need a mantance man so he can fix things around he this place go by.ur Disablity income one bedroom a.small kitchen frount room and.i guess where u put ur eating.table it's together and small
