Stopped caring about the people who live there. Raised prices, people have to mowe the grass by themselves. Maintenance services have become more expensive.

Thanks to people that talk much none of their business me and my kids can have visitors or people that are family and friends to help me take care of them in my house because they think they live there or have someone a short time when you want to talk to the office no body reply’s back only when it’s convenient. A lady that live here most of 25 years knock to my door crying because they kick her out and she told me to be careful and I didn’t listen and because of all my situation and all the trouble I know I didn’t pay the last three month on time I try to talk to the office and the only time she was able was when she took me to the court. Bad administrator she can be friendly at the beginning but boy how things change.

Quiet very nice living

I moved here a month ago. Love the atmosphere, friendly and peaceful. Maintenence is prompt and management is helpful. Best move I ever made.

Nice, quiet neighborhood. My neighbors are all wonderful, and that is so important.
