Roswell City Walk

We’ve loved living here this past year and just renewed our lease! The location is fantastic—super walkable to historic Roswell, with plenty of shops and restaurants, making it easy to get out and about (and save on Ubers!). The apartment itself is really nice, and while we’ve had a few maintenance issues, they were always resolved quickly—or we were kept updated if something was delayed. Parking can sometimes be tricky if you get home late, and you might have to park a little further away, but it’s never been a major issue for us. There are no bug problems at all—just the occasional ladybug here and there, which is amazing. Stay away from this place - they have a serious bug problem, parking situation is terrible unless you’re ready to pay more more. . Also one time our washer / dryer broke and we had to wait almost an entire month for a new one…. Not to mention that mold we had growing which we were kind enough to take into our own hands given the turn around time it takes for this company to do something. I think they went under new management and that could be the cause of their spiraling downfall. Also now that we have moved out, they’re stating that the floors were damaged in our apartment even though they’re in the same condition they were in when we moved into our apartment. The parking situation at Roswell City Walk is absolutely ridiculous. Over a quarter of the lot is blocked off for reserved spots that have sat empty the entire year and a half we've lived here. I've had to park in these unused spots out of desperation, only to get billed for it. When I brought it up to the leasing office, their exact response was: "I know, it sucks, doesn’t it?" Nothing is ever done, and residents are just expected to deal with it. On top of that, this place has a serious bug and mold problem that’s been ongoing and clearly neglected. If you’re considering moving here, don’t. You’re paying premium rent for poor management, constant inconvenience, and unresolved maintenance issues. City Walk has to be my favorite apartment ever. Everyone is so welcoming. On my second day here, I was having dinner at the common area with my neighbors. it was so fun. Also, since it's so close to Canton St. I have saved so much money from not having to uber home on fun nights lol. By the way Holley from the main office is a blast and super helpful. PS if you love being around dogs, this is the place to live.

They think because they got a small quote of power they can make your life miserable, they do not attend the real problems in the community, they'll penalize your tenant records if you missed one payment, (eviction) watch out what you sign, track all your payments, at the end of every lease, they’ll steal your security deposit. But the real issues, like pool, security and labors, they just act like deaf people. Just do NOT come. There’s a new construction project going on in the area. They’ll give you better prices for new tenants. I learned no matter where you live if the management is miserable, they’re going to make your life miserable.
