My wife originally chose this company to manage our rental property, but it ended up being one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had. Knowing that rental prices are declining, we asked them for honest guidance on a realistic rental price because our goal was to have the house rented within 40 days. I had spent a significant amount of money on maintenance and repairs before the new tenant moved in, so time really mattered to us. After 45 days, the house was still vacant. All we kept hearing was that there were “applications pending,” yet nothing ever moved forward. Once we passed 60 days without a tenant, the excuses continued. I had been renting with this company for two years. The first year I was with Angie, and it was a good experience. Then I moved, but I continued renting with the same company, this time with Yaimi. When the contract was ending, we tried to contact her to negotiate and continue, but we didn't get a response. Then we went there, and she didn't make much of an effort to give us an offer we could consider or even speak with the property owner. We found a better place and ended the contract. We signed the termination agreement, and it turns out they charged us for January as if we were still living there, even though legally they had no authority to do so because we had formally ended the contract.
