Ross Ridge Apartment Homes

So far so good!!! I could have give this a 5 star. I been living hear for six months now. The only problem is when people smoke in the hallway or in there place, the smell gets in my apartment and I dont like it bec there times my daughter come visit me. The smell will get on her or we inhale it and im not a smoker at all. It can be frustrated at times.

Very terrible experience, Thanks God I left there 2 Months ago, I have never seen live snakes in my life only at Ross ridge apartments, Weed smoking , Insecurity, Car theft. Associates are nice at the start of lease then at the end attitude changes.

I left Ross Ridge about three months ago, and after taking time to recover from the terrible experience it caused me, I felt it necessary to leave this review. I turned in the keys after barely four months—it was a nightmare. The apartment was far from the “renovated” space they advertised. Cheap materials were used to cover deeper structural issues that made the space uncomfortable and unhealthy to live in. Ventilation was poor. The bathroom fan didn’t just fail to filter air; it actually carried unpleasant odor from other units straight into the bedroom. Night after night, I was forced to fall asleep while inhaling the stench of other apartments.
