Have lived here since Aug 2022. For the most part, all has be good. There was some serious flooding in my apartment in March 2023 that damaged the floor and the ceiling fan. It didn't get fixed until June 2023. The old management kept dismissing the issue and not making it a priority. Once new Management arrived, it was finally fixed. This has really been the only issue. New Management seems a lot more vigilant to get things fixed, etc than before. Needed my disposal fixed and they had it done within a few days. Needed my mailbox lock replaced and had it done the same day. Didn't have to wait MONTHS like i would've with old Management. New Management actually seems to care. I do wish that the water/garbage fees were included in one and not separate from electricity. And also i wish the poo

I have lived at Rosewood since May 2023. The move in process under a few different property managers was difficult but since Morgan has been the property manager things have gone smoothly. She is very communicative and quick to respond to any questions and address concerns. I have enjoyed my time living here and would recommend it to anyone looking.

I have lived at Rosewood Village for awhile now. I had a few issues with the old unit I was in and asked to be transferred to a new unit. I was living in the basement apartment and I am now on the 3rd floor. Morgan was so helpful with making everything go so smoothly with my transfer. She answered all my questions in a timely manner. The maintenance crew has also been very helpful anytime I have had something I needed fixed.

The utilities are consistently over a hundred in the winter for a small apartment built into the ground. You will be paying two separate bills, one to city utilities and one to the apartment. They do not pay partial, and they WILL raise your rental prices. The basement floor level floods, and the management did not disclose this prior to moving in. I am paying more for a unit that floods consistently, which also has LEAD in the paint. At least Morgan is nice to work with, but she is still working for a landlord after all.
