Rosewood Plaza Apartments

Really bad apartment not good at all the elevator keeps breaking down. The maintenance is never there. he breaks into your apartment when he’s there. Management is never there. The hallway stinks so bad people smoking, and being loud laundry room is dirty can’t park your car there people still inside. I don’t recommend anybody living here i was here for one year. I thought it would change, but I had to get out of here right away. It was getting worse. there was mold in the bathroom, complained a few times nobody would come out and fix it, and my window was broken when I first moved there, and they never came and fixed it.

If you’re looking to rent good place for you or a family member or friend this is not a good place elevator keeps breaking down hallways are dirty I would not recommend even thinking about this place. I regret it every day

Don't know much about this place just was calling to find a place for my father and this is one of the places I called the lady seemed very nice and everything but my father chose for another place out in Gresham.

This place is nasty the hallways are not painted and elevator is nasty I would not stay here
