Rosewood Estates

I am not a resident of Rosewood Estates "yet"; however, I'd like to say that Samantha has been such a pleasant person to deal with. She has been very informative, kind, and patient to say the very least. Any time I've visited the office I have always been greeted with a smile. Her customer service skills are exceptional and deserves to be recognized.

My family and I have been here at Rosewood for a couple months and we love it! It is a quiet, family friendly community. Samantha has been great to us! She is very professional and responds to any of my questions or needs fast!

Great community. Kid friendly. Samantha Fedd is the best property manager ever. She’s always available and willing to assist with your needs and or concerns. Maintenance is on point and does everything in a timely manner and very professional. Mr. Daniels does an awesome job maintaining the units.
