THE PARKING LOT LIGHTING AT ROSEWOOD APARTMENTS SUCKS😡!!! I had a late night food delivery to a customer at Rosewood Apartments last night. I can’t even begin to tell you what a HORRIBLE experience it was. There was next to no lighting in the parking lots. I drove around twice trying to find Building 500. Whoever the leasing manager is needs to be ashamed of themselves for this. The building numbers were hard to find in the dark parking lot. If I were the property manager of this establishment I would be ashamed. THIS LIGHTING SITUATION NEEDS TO BE CORRECTED IMMEDIATELY. As a woman I feared for my safety because it was so dark. Their sister apartment The Vineyards is well lit up. Who dropped the ball on Rosewood apartments? Somebody sure did!!! More people need to complain about this issue

I loved touring the Rosewood Apartments here in Cartersville! The staff is so welcoming and the property has been maintained well. I had the luxury of speaking with the Property Manager, Jasmine, and she made me realize that this is where I need to be. Thank you to everyone at the Rosewood Apartment homes. I look forward to stopping by the office and seeing all of your smiling faces.

Aide was amazing help! She is very patient and always greets me with a smile! Will definitely be recommending to anyone looking for apartments! ☺️

If I could rate this apartment complex I would give it a 0 rating, the management is very uncaring about complaints and unresolved problems. I have called/texted/emailed and WALKED IN the leasing office about this problem SEVERAL times and yet nothing has been done. I am tired of seeing dumped cat litter that has obviously been used, every-time I take a walk through the complex. Like I have said, I’ve called and texted several of times and being told they were going to “send someone out there to clean it up” that was almost a month ago and it’s still sitting there slowing turning into cement. Since it’s taken them this long my fiancé is having to buy a shovel to clean up the litter. It just shows how unsanitary this place can be.
