Rosewind Apartments

Very nice house! The crime is horrible and the teens steal cars and break in houses. The area was better when they first did the re build 2 years ago now its a mess. People's yards look nasty i barley let my children play outside. Takes forever to get any repairs done it didn't use to be like this. Police outside neighbors fighting. Need bettter reinforcement their letting a great place go to waste.

Apartments are nice from the remodel but crime has gotten worst. Teens go around and damage property. My car has gotten scratched up and dented multiple times ever since we were relocated for the remodel. Trash is everywhere. When you talk to the property manager, you’ll get told there’s not much they can do other than you calling the police which I understand for the most part. However, when you do call said police, they also say there’s nothing they can do. We initially decided to move out but then had to cancel the move. Was told that I could just send an email about not moving and it’ll be fine. However, we recently got a note about rent being overdue when we pay every single month. Come to find out it was due to rent increase. We didn’t know of this bc our mailbox still gets opened by
