I just wanted to say how thankful I am to the entire Rosen staff. I came here 5 years ago going through a very rough patch in life. You all made it so easy for me to call my residence a home for myself and my son. Anything that was needed was always done in a timely manner. I can still remember moving in cold November of 2020 and having problems with the heat. As the 1st tech couldn't fix it (in multiple visits), Becky called her own tech to make sure my son and I had heat. I will miss Rodman Street and the friendly staff at Rosen. My son and I are sad to leave as he spent half his life there. But I can't thank the staff enough for always being curious and professional and most importantly available.

A few years back, I visited Rosen to find an apartment. Unfortunately, my experience was incredibly rude and disappointing. I was interested in an apartment in Fall River and made an appointment to see it. The apartment was perfect, and the person showing me, Craig, mentioned that if I wanted to move forward, I should contact the person on the card. I did, and everything seemed to be going well. My credit score was 730 at the time, and I didn’t have any renters history with other landlords. Despite this, they decided to proceed anyway. A few days later, I called to inquire about the status, but the person I needed to speak with was always busy. This was quite strange, but I tried to be patient. Weeks passed, and I had yet to hear anything. Finally, I guess they got tired of me calling and

Becky was wonderful to my family , we were in a tough spot . We got a tour of the apartment , applied with all of our documents , and a few hours later she personally called me to let us know the good news . I would highly recommend Becky and her team to anyone , Thank you so much !

I personally lived in a place managed by Rosen/Becky for the past nearly 2 years and it was very smooth sailing. And when it came time to move (into another property being handled by them) that process was also super easy and efficient as well. You just gotta make sure you meet the general rental requirements and have all your paperwork ready… Would rent from Becky again.

Rented an apartment that was managed by RPM for 4 years. They were always professional and quick with communication and maintenance issues. My direct experiences with Becky were great, she was always friendly and helpful. I have to think that there's more to the story than what's being told with a lot of these 1-star reviews.
