Don't do business with these guys! They are a terrible landlord. Our property manager was sooooo unresponsive, and now that our lease is finally over, they won't give us back our security deposit, which is legally required within 14 days of move out (it's been a month). Stay away and find a more professional management company to work with.

My company has been both a tenant as well as a vender for Rosen Properties for many years and can say there are few ownership/management groups in our area that operate at their level. We work closely with the property management side of things and have found the care and stewardship of their properties to be second to none.

I’ve been very happy with the property management. I’ve worked with others that ARE NOT as easy to work with.

I've been a tenant, and an investor with Rosen Harbottle, and a better operation in real estate is hard to find.
