NO Exaggeration. The Complex Needs To Be Condemned. I Had Been A Resident Since Last September 2017 (Moved Out Late 2018). Upon Move In The Entire Apt Was Flooded In The First Week. Before My Roommate and I Could Move In, We Requested A New Room And The Leasing Told Us There Were Not Any Available On The Entire Complex. Slowly Over Time The Age & History Of The Complex Began To Show. Leaking Old Pipes, Leaking Ceilings In Bathroom, Past Water Damage From Previous Residents, Out Date Infrastructure (Last Inspected in 1998), Old Appliances (While I was Living Here The Oven Stopped Working, Heating Furnace Stopped Working Mid November, And Was Not Fixed Until Nearly Three Months Later. This pace is nothing like advertised. It is not a safe environment for residents especially children. It's dirty it's only one maintenance man, the laundry facility take your money but doesn't dry your clothes, you can't park in the parking lot due to one way in one way out, trespassing, ppl making money selling food and car washes that we can't even get to the dumpster. The cameras don't work and my neighbors car was sitting on cinder blocks one day as he was leaving out for work. It's a party outside every night so you get no peace!!!! But they going up on rent and threats to fines residents for violations when they don't keep the upkeep on the building.

Apartments are suppose to be new but they are not really that up to date can’t barely get maintenance when u need it but they expect for you to pay rent in full their starting to really piss me off by not doing their jobs other then them not doing their part it’s actually ok

I’ve been here almost a full year and I love it here. Mainly because the leasing office and maintenance. They are efficient and very engaged with the residents. Ms Marjorie is the new manager there and she’s really good. I use to have trouble with my account all the time and now that she’s there I haven’t had 1 yet. The area has been getting cleaner around here too.

Do Not Do It Unprofessional. No Communication between tenants & management my entire building got our cars towed. Due to management & maintence not communicating about new parking passes no one got a notice. But had to pay $350 to get my car out Had problems since I moved in to my place not cleaned or exterminated. If I could give this place a 0 i would but rent is going up but they do not keep up with these apartments.Roaches & Mice will be here when you move in. Washer machines & dryers do not work. False advertising!!!!!!!!!
