Rosemary Apartments

Amazing experience at Rosemary Apartments. The staff is very nice and attentive I would definitely recommend reaching out to them if you’re looking for an apartment. Michelle really helped me find the best fit for me and my family. She was easy to understand and amicable. I had so many questions and she answered all of them with knowledge and patience. Overall my experience with her was excellent, I’m grateful to her and everyone at Rosemary for the attention and welcoming I’ve received.

We moved to Romery a year ago, and it has truly become our home. We just started our second lease, and we couldn’t be happier. My kids love the community, and as a family we appreciate the safe and welcoming environment. I especially want to highlight the administrative team, and in particular Miss Michelle Mendoza. She has always been so helpful whenever we’ve needed assistance. Her professionalism and kindness make a big difference. Romery is truly a privileged place to live, and we are grateful to be part of this community.

I’ve lived at Rosemary for a year now, and I’ve seen so many great upgrades during that time. The complex is well maintained, and the staff is absolutely amazing. Naomi in the front office is outstanding her communication is top tier, and she’s always kind, helpful, and goes above and beyond to make sure my experience continues to be a great one. Highly recommend!

Once you've signed the lease your no longer a priority. Communication is lacking. Takes a week to get a reply and you have to prompt them over and over again. Be prepared to have utilizes shut off for planned maintenance with just hours notice. Inspections are the same way. The team will send an email 2-3 days before building inspections are to take place and give a 3-5 day window requesting that pets be caged if you work during the day. Everywhere else I have lived has provided an estimated schedule so that residents would know when to expect such an impact instead of demanding that pets be locked up multiple days due to the offices lack of scheduling and communications. Gates were contanly left open due to needed repair or maintenance giving access to anyone to come in to vandalize

We used to enjoy living here, but now it has become average apartments at best. When the ownership transition happened, so did the change in quality. Our neighbors are worse than before. Upstairs in particular there is domestic abuse consistently loud enough to hear, and four people living in that same one bedroom. We considered even calling the police. Our other neighbor has been evicted without even living here for a year. That means to me, that Rosemary is letting anyone in that they can. We constantly make calls and emails to the office and managers that get ignored on a regular basis. The upstairs neighbors were supposed to be fined for lease violation of noise and nothing has changed. I doubt they did anything. They still yell, argue, and bang things everywhere for hours at a time. I
