Roselle Station Apartments

Don’t live here. Roselle station is awful. Management is non existent, they shuffle through employees on a monthly basis. Our dryer didn’t work for literally 5 months.. I had to hang dry my clothes for months as if I live in a 3rd world country. They gave us no credits or apology. They have exterior facing stairs that are sheet metal, these are constantly wet or covered in ice being a massive hazard. I can hear people falling on them daily. The bathrooms and the overall visual appeal of the units (from a distance) are nice, up close it’s all terrible quality. Parking sucks, no garage available and exterior parking is still $100+. Irving park road is constantly busy you can’t even have your balcony open. Not walkable if you have pets or kids. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone ever.

All I have to say is that I had a wonderful experience during my rental approval process. Brittan Boyles was extremely efficient and made everything so easy from start to finish. She answered all my questions promptly and professionally. I truly appreciate her excellent service and dedication — she made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

I LOVEEEEE my new apartment. Everything about it is beautiful. Brittan was super helpful and although there was some miscommunication on my part in the beginning, I appreciate how professional she stayed and delivered on her commitment to make me feel happy in a spot I love. that intention was at the forefront for her and I truly appreciate it. I am coming to the end of my year and a half lease and when it comes to staff, i couldn't have been happier. Brittan (building manager) has been an absolute pleasure to work with. She addresses each and every concern with professionalism and urgency and is kind and friendly. Chris in maintenance is responsive, professional, and skilled in addressing any issues that happen around the facility. My only complaints with the facility is a lack of parking for visitors. Off street parking cannot be done overnight, however, our proximity to the two train stations allows for inexpensive overnight parking. Otherwise, my stay here has been extremely pleasant.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5 stars) Chris was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the entire maintenance process. He kept me updated on the repair timeline and made sure everything was taken care of quickly. The washer was fixed as promised, and his professionalism and communication were excellent. I really appreciate the great service—highly recommend!
