Rosecliff Apartments

Location is great.. pricing is ok.. Building is old.. and the property manages many locations so I imagine this one gets neglected as it is not high priority. You can look on Google maps satellite and see how bad the roof is. The first day I moved in my cieling was flooding..I was so distraught.. management ended up "reasuring me and calming me down".. well no one came to seal the leak.. so I made a maintenance request and they finally sealed it.. it took 5 months till they came back to paint my ceiling. After I kept putting in maintenance requests.. it felt like my bare minimum requests were always too much for them or I was burdening their maintenace team by asking them to do their job..I ended up staying the remainder of my time there due to the price. Towed vehicles without notice, apartment flooded took them a month to fix and didn't comp anything or move us to an open unit and generallly falling apart

Great complex to live at, all the essentials and wonderful management team.
