These apartments are the worst ever mold in closet the for is wet my sealing is falling and it’s been liked that sense October and. It’s still not fixed and they have rats I do not recommend these apartments at all there very unprofessional people!!

RUNNNN AS FAST AS YOU CAN, they paint over roaches, they don’t care!!! Roach infested and mold infested, I don’t care if you are homeless, I rather stay in a shelter then live here

This place is unsanitary overrun with severe rodent infestation even though there are many families with small children logging there with no where else to go. The management knows and offers no resolution ignoring the complaints and pleas for help from the tenants. They even deny residents ownership of cats. Because the apt complex is privately owned the health department will not intervene, and HUD says they can do nothing beyond contacting the leasing office. Is it possible the owners are just waiting for it all to fall apart and claim the insurance? Who is to say. But, someone somewhere who is able must put a stop to the deliberate inhumane conditions mistreatment and neglect of American citizens in American soil.

Don't fix up apartments, needs to be torn down !.

They have roaches & others complaining about pest they don’t do nothing about and it’s their job they don’t fix anything scam ppl outta rent money get mad when u ask for corporate number & threatening to put you out &’ also very rude & fake with the tenants !! Bad bad look & the numbers for hud suppose to be giving & it’s not at no time do hud look into they reviews or do I gotta call myself cause that’s not fair to people what Hellen & Cece doing want stand for it sorry !
