Rose Hall Apartments

Me and my wife was one of the first to live there after it was built. To see the mature landscape now seems crazy. $280.00 a month if I remember. Loved it there.

I love living at Rose Hall. It’s such a beautifully landscaped complex. It’s more of a community than a complex. I love how private it is. They have a maid who cleans the hallways regularly, the pool is immaculate, and the leasing office was great in getting us moved in. Rose and Janell made it a breeze. The gym is awesome! I’m so glad we moved here. It’s been 3 months and I recommend this complex to anyone moving. 1000/10

What an absolutely wonderful apartment complex! Management cares and maintenance maintains! It's located in a beautiful area with lots of trees. The buildings themselves are cared for very nicely and are attractive. There was only one downfall to this place, they only do one and two bedrooms!

I would NOT recommend moving in here. First, the air handlers in the units are all moldy and they tell you it's algea. No it's mold and it smells horrendous. My neighbors also felt their units were moldy. My health seriously declined moving in here and they knew I was moving in to see if my health would improve. They assured me they take mold seriously and they don't. Then when the unit overflowed and they opened the closet, there was black growth all over. On top of it because it got on the carpet, I couldn't even breath in that room. The company they called to clean the carpet brought moldy tubing. So then I had to complain about that. On top of it all, I had a 6 month lease which requires a $50 fee on top of the rent. They charged me 7 $50 fees and wouldn't refund the 7th even

I got my first apartment at Rose Hall, very fairly priced compared to other places in the Virginia Beach area. Move in process was very smooth and I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. Very few problems and they were dealt with immediately by maintenance. Unfortunately I had to move out early but the move out process was smooth too. I would highly recommend Rose Hall
