Rose Crest Village Apartments

I don't live here but I have an elderly family member that does who i help 4 times a week. My experience has always been positive coming over here. My family member enjoys her stay here and is very happy with how safe it is and how the manager takes care of everything. They finally redid the parking lot so you no longer are driving through gigantic potholes so that's a major Plus. The location is also great as it is very close to Walmart and Aldi. It is for elderly and disabled people and every time I've been there it's been quiet and hasn't been any problems.

Very good management office personnel is fabulous treated my mother so kind and we're always on top of any problems she has passed and went to heaven but she enjoyed her stay there

I love this place. Everyone is super nice and very friendly. Nice and quiet place to live.

I would give less stars but the Assistant manager, Nan is an angel. New management is terrible! There is a gaping hole that takes up the entire width of the parking lot! Ambulances and fire trucks drive in and have to back out! Ridiculous! Plus, they raised the rent on my family member in August who has only been there since March!

New name is Rose Crest Apartments. One is a newer 3 story building. Across from these are over 20 pne story buildings with 5 Apartments each. I love living here but the name/ownership has changed.
