Five years dealing with Patricia as our property manager. Extremely slow responses to maintenance requests - including ongoing AC issues that would take two weeks to even get on the schedule. She will gaslight you and say that she told you something when she never did. She ghosted us on our move-out inspection and took no responsibility for it. We moved out 5 months ago and there are still five open maintenance requests showing in their portal. Stay away from Patricia unless you like ghosting and gaslighting. She gave the owner a key to access the property while still under lease without our permission in violation of the lease and again didn't care at all.

Worst property management I have ever experienced. They are very quick to threaten eviction if you are even a few days late on rent. However, when you need assistance they do not help. I’ve sent multiple emails over the last few months and have still not received assistance with removing fees they charged that they should not have. Furthermore my door jammed and I was trapped in my house, after calling their emergency line I had to wait 2 hours to be told I would have to call a locksmith and pay for it myself. How they can get away with this level of negligence is beyond me. If you are thinking of working with this company, think again. I would not recommend them to anyone. I was disappointed that a company with a good reputation had poor customer service. I reached out to the rental department multiple times, sent multiple emails, and it took 3 or 4 attempts before anyone returned my call. Then was told I would be placed on “a list” for a showing of a property by someone named Penny. A few days later my wife spoke with a different person in the rental department who told her the place we were looking at was still available. My wife and I decided to apply for it and after submitting the application, paying the application fee, which is steep and each person living in a place must supply a separate application, an hour or so after we were told it was still available, we were told the place had been rented. David is a great person if you want to purchase a new home. He is always helpful. On the other hand if you need a rental, thats problematic when you move out. First, they will ask you to do things that was not done at the first place when you moved in, like cleaning dryer vent etc. I had arranged a cleaning company to do everything but still it has been 3 weeks I am waiting for my deposit check after I moved out. They did the inspection almost 3 weeks ago and I had to email them every 5 days to get an update about my check. Now they decide to move forward but I dont know how long I will still wait. Think twice about rental.

Penny did nothing to help while she managed my property. Just spun people away and acted clueless. Even tried to kick tenants on her way out. Highly recommend NOT renting from this company.
