We lived at their Chestnut Street apartment for 4 years and we were thoroughly impressed with Rosano! When we were looking for an apartment to rent, other places we called were somewhat rude and made us feel like we were wasting their time by wanting to rent their apartment. I called Rosano and they were incredibly helpful and even walked me through the process, given that we were looking on the early side. So, when it came time to actually rent a place, Rosano was the only group we were considering. They handle all maintenance requests quickly and easily. Rick is incredibly nice and helpful. Rosano treats you very well. Highly recommend!

We stayed at their 2150 Jackson st property for two years. What made our experience exceptional was Micail. She is a great building manager. Personable, prompt, and really goes the extra mile. We'll miss you Micail!
