Management is over the top, I am very happy. Their work, and the staff's and their spirits are amazing. Their work speaks for themselves, as there has been so changes, all for the better. Remembering the beginning of this transition, up until now has been remarkable. I am very thankful

My son was told to wait 60 days after his father's death to retrieve his belongings. We suspect that unauthorized persons were allowed to enter the apt. before he arrived from Va. and that valuable equipment was removed. Also, an automobile was removed from the apt. parking lot 2 days before his arrival. When my son and his sister contacted the police, the auto magically appeared in an adjacent church parking lot according to an employee. My son is back in Va. and has been told that the car is now classified as "abandoned property." and has to be auctioned off. Very shady dealings with this company and their employees and the state. Hope this is not happening to other families with disappearing assets

Building has been greatly improving in regards to cosmetic look, and cleanliness. I would like to see management look into the carpets in our units due to seaming concerns.

Hi world! I am living in a place of blessings and meaning; and I love it because only God did it (opened these doors) for me. Personally, this is a GOOD living place to have. I feel accomplished!

Between the staffing, community and overall niceness of the apartments, I’m in awe of the good presence Rosalind Villas Apartments holds. Lola holds a genuine spirit and would assist you with anything that you needed!
