i scheduled a viewing this past thursday at 5pm w eric to view an apartment. i even confirmed it w them earlier that day. i got to the viewing about 15 mins early and waited until 5pm when we scheduled. i called and texted eric and also tried to call his office and got zero response from anyone. waited for another 15 hoping someone would let me know they were there. nothing. no one ever got back to me or showed… super unprofessional and they obviously don’t care about other people’s time…

Eric does things that I didn’t even know I should expect from my real estate agent. I cannot recommend him enough. This was my fifth home purchase and I’ve never seen an agent work as hard as Eric. In the past, I expected the agent to get us through the process and paperwork, but Eric did so much more. He operates more like a project manager than an agent. He brought in stagers, designers, handymen, laborers, cabinet guys, and more. His network is extensive. He didn’t just tell us what we needed to do to buy and sell, he did it with us. I can’t explain it all, but it was unique. I will always recommend Eric from now on. Thank you, Eric!
