Rondo Apartments

3 year resident so far! Great, quiet place to live. The apartment manager is the best! Such a sweet woman who cares about her tenants and just people overall!

Reese is a wonderful person; very kind and caring. Courtesy officer helps me feel safe. Small complex where people are friendly and care about neighbors.

Shortly after moving in a couple months ago I was informed there is no maintenance worker. My oven has not worked since I moved in. I have also noticed that my air conditioner does not cool my apartment in the day time. I was told that it was normal for my apartment to remain 80 degrees because I lived upstairs.

Quiet apartment complex that's tucked away. Apartments are a great price for the size, but problems seem to just be fixed as minimally as possible. At least twice a year I end up with leaks from the apartment above, but maintenance is super friendly and does whatever is in his power to help out. They have recently repaired stairs and are replacing the roofing on the entire complex now though.

Reese is THE Best Manger we have had here at Rondo she is always helping the residents with there needs as Manger and doing her job and more.
