The all in one 1st position loan is great. But Ron is amazing. At one point, there was a hurricane squarely hitting where he was at, and he responded to my emails and even called me. His follow through and attention to detail are also noteworthy! We ran into a snag with our credit score and he was able to form a plan and get us over the hump. And all that over the Christmas/New Year holiday, getting it done before the end of the year which is what I needed. Just too good. I will surely working with him on future financing. Thanks Ron!

Ron and his team are awesome! I can text him and he gets back to me within a few minutes time depending on sensitivity of what's needed. His team is also very accessible, phone, text, e-mail, etc.. He got me a HELOC in the amount that was more than I thought I could be qualified for. He is reasonable in price and has an excellent person to work with as he is able to help you understand the loan and the process. This is the second time I have used Ron and his team's service. I would recommend him to do a great job in getting your goals for your loan assessed to it being approved.

Ron Bork is professional, well communicating, timely responsive and very accessible for any questions when needed.
