They never answer the phone. Been trying for a month to talk to them. It’s like they don’t wanna rent
Probably some of the laziest built houses in Lexington if you have an issue in your house you better know how to fix it yourself maintenance does not fix anything and if they do they take their sweet time getting over there and houses are literally falling apart and fire hazards in waiting a lot of the people that live there absolutely love drama and nobody does anything to stop it kids come over and ruin personal property and destroy things and nothing is ever done Plus overcharging for rent and for some reason the rent keeps going up and up and up in price smh not worth paying anything over 700 tbh
