They keep removing my previous comment about how bad the customer service is in the front office but I’m going to continue to write a review! I complained a few months back about one of the leasing agents hanging up in my face several times. She deliberately placed me on hold for 15 minutes straight because she didn’t want to answer my questions. I waited for awhile and called her back but this time the phone started going straight into voicemail even when the office was still open and this has happened before with the same person. She was rude for no reason and she got frustrated with me very easily. If she doesn’t want to assist people who’s inquiring about their application, she shouldn’t be allowed to work there!

I like this apartment but we need to be allowed to have animals and the office lady is very rude! I have lived here for 5years but I like these apartments

I was visiting and I witnessed my friend be lied too about the laundry room being out of order. Lol someone literally walked into the laundry room with several loads of clothes and proceeded to do their laundry immediately after the call. I noticed how the ceiling has cracks and wet spots probably from leaks upstairs. There was mold literally covered with paint in the restrooms. The 2 maintenance workers have been deemed "Craig and DaeDae" due to their lack of repairing anything. But the people love them lol. This apartment complex team lacks professionalism and urgency when it comes to the HEALTH and living conditions of its residents. The smoke alarms kept going off not because of smoke but because of toxins from the mildew flared up by the summer heat. The exterior looks marvelous. The

i stayed here back in 2019 it was very nice experience and it was my first apartment i ever had i was n a 2 bed room now i want to move back into the 3br with my 3 kids i have applied just waiting to hit the top of the waiting list

The apartment manager is very disrespectful she don’t care if you got kid's she will curse you out and disrespect you
