The lady at the front desk was incredibly helpful, kind, and professional.she went out of her way to assist me and made a great impression. Unfortunately, my experience with the manager, Richard, was quite the opposite. He was unprofessional and rude, which was disappointing. That said, the apartments themselves were nice, and the pricing was very reasonable.

Extremely unprofessional management. Had a discussion with “Richard” about paying the rent late, told him exactly when it was to be paid and I was paying the late fees also, he started talking over me saying the rent was not a negotiation and hung up on me. I’ve never dealt with such poor management in my life!

Eagle Point Apartments complex/Rolling Hills Apt Complex is the worst rental office to rent from period. Situated on East Pilot St. Durham, NC. They are now called Rolling Hills. The so called manager her name is 'Summer Knight' she is extremely, rude and totally disrespectful in every way, shape & form she does not want to listen to any concerns and issues that the tenant is having with the apartment and she does not have any manager skills, she does not represent a manager, she does not have any customer service skills, whatsoever, and she is prejudice especially towards people of color. She totally does not have any manners. The apartments are extremely old, all the apartments are filled with roaches and bugs. The apartments have damp rotten walls and filled with mold & mildew. The apartments are not well maintained. The paint is peeling off the walls because they need to be stripped and repainted. They have a roach problem. I called the office for them to come spray but it did no good. I went and bought combat roach bait and put down that helped some but if your neighbors has roaches I guess it's not gonna help much. The office staff is just horrible and harass the tenants with some of the most crazy rules I have ever heard of. It is definitely not worth what they charge to stay there. They do not fully go over all the charges that will be included. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
