Roland Lane Apartments

Quite interesting how they say “ We have never required anyone to pay a deposit prior to seeing their apartment.” Yet this is the exact same company contacting me “requesting” a double deposit/co-signer prior to a showing. DON’T apply for these apartments. Very suspicious. Also already paid $25 for the app fee, provided a single months worth of bank statements and 2 months worth of paystubs. Very disappointing practices.

Been here for 4 years and have no complaints what so ever. Very professional staff, they go above and beyond to make sure tenants are satisfied. Fast communication, clean property.

Some apartments have assigned parking some don’t. Parking became an issue, but the overall experience living at Roland Lane was a good one.

I had two maintenance requests in just a short time close together. One was after a power outage and the maintenance staff was friendly, VERY time efficient, professional, and courteous. Thank you Paul and Dan!😃

I had a horrible experience with these apartments. My downstairs neighbors were loud 24/7, had at least 10 people living there (illegally, these were 1-2 people apartments), were disrespectful (mainly due to sexual harassment), and I had a terrible experience with staff. Needless to say, I couldn't wait to move. I went through several landlords and even more maintenance people in the year I spent there. They were rude and not reliable. I was also accused of breaking rules several times, which I never did. I'm assuming it was a way to get more money out of me or keep my security deposit. My safety was always in question (again - due to neighbors) and I used to barricade my door and I had pepper spray on me at all times. I was told this was a smoke-free building, but later found out people w
