We moved from VA to NC and decided to rent our condo in Tysons. I spoke with several companies before landing on ROI. Speaking with John put me at ease. He provided so much information and it was clear he cares about the owners and ensuring their properties are well maintained. They do detailed checks on all potential renters. It's also comforting to know he has his own handy men on staff to help with repairs as needed. We used them to paint part of our condo to prepare for renters, and it was very fairly priced. We moved out the last week of October. Historically, it's very difficult to find renters during the holiday months. Impressively, John and his team found renters that moved in by mid-November for an 18 month lease. The entire experience brought us peace of mind.

My apartment has been managed by ROI Property for 3 years now, and I don't have to worry about anything, other than checking my bank account to verify my rental income. There was a problem with the bathroom shower, and they fixed it in accordance to my choice. And I was very happy with the newly remodeled bathroom.
