Rogersville Villas

There is never anyone in the office. I have been by multiple times on different days and people are literally camping out in front of the leasing office trying to catch someone to put in applications and kids running around in the parking lot. Someone is gonna get hit. Even calling, no one is ever in to answer, no call backs. It's insane. I just want a nice little apartment, man.

Incredible place to live incredible management corporate and local and incredible maintenance maintenance lottery rules default bet is rolls the follow but as long as you're drug free and clean and they come in once a month and do petric Joel and apartment checks you're good just do it it's this the environment is safe and clean and homey I've never felt more harm on my laugh anywhere else

*only rated 5 stars so you can see this!* i and my family lived here for 3 years. 3 managers later...... The first year was amazing we had a great manager. The second year we got a new manager and it was he double hockey stix. During inspections they went thru my dirty laundry, tried to make me pay a let deposit $300 that i had proof i had paid previously... Wouldnt fix a darn thing until about 3 months later... Then the new landlord started moving in every meth head in hawkins county. Couldnt let my kid play at the park because of drug needles, was calling the cops on my neoghbors once a week, the manager isnt worth carp. She lies all the time. Promised to move me into a town house from a flat, i done everything she said to do then turned around and moved someone else into it.... I could

The apartments are very nice, but the residents complain about the management.

Management is awful to say the least. Stay away!
