David Rogers was our realtor and property manager for nearly a decade before we sold our condo in the Davie, FL area. We hired him at a time when we were living on the opposite end of the country and had an extremely difficult tenant that needed managing. Immediately after we hired him, he was able to take care of every concern brought up by our bum tenant and we no longer worried about our investment property.
