We have rented with Rogers for over a year and I'm shocked about some of these reviews. They have been very attentive and responsive the whole time. They get the rent every month and take care of everything. It was easier to hold the rent when we were interested than any of the managements we had to deal with. I would recommend Rodger's to my own family.

Find someone else, property owners. Rogers does a pretty good job on their sales pitch but constantly failed to deliver when it comes to actually managing property. They flat out didn’t care on either end (tenant or owner) to be honest. The final straw for us was having a tenant abandon the house in the middle of a lease because “he found a loophole in the contract”. When I pressed harder on this, it turns out that Rogers wrote the lease WITH THE WRONG YEAR ON IT. The tenant left the place in rough shape and Rogers did not give any of the security deposit to me. I would love to find the tenant to see if it was returned to them. I doubt we’ll ever know, but I have my own assumptions. Overall, it’s just disappointing. Lynn Walker the property Manager was curt and uninterested in renting to me. MAYBE ITS CAUSE I HAVE A VOUCHER I cant help I qualify for assistance. I make 3 times the rent like YOU REQUESTED and have been employed for 6 years. I also have part time job in home health care FOR 4 YEARS. I CAME PREPARED WITH APPLICATION FILLED OUT AND PAY STUBS FOR BOTH JOBS. NEVER have I EVER BEEN EVICTED OR LATE ON RENT . WHEN I CAME BACK FROM VIEWING THE UNIT NO ONE OFFERED TO TAKE MY APPLICATION. My wife and I rented a great 1200 square foot property just off main street. Rogers Property was incredibly responsive to any maintenance issues we ever had. When the summer heat began to kick in our AC was not as cold as we had expected it to be. I made one phone call from work at 11am to request that it be looked into. By the time I got home at 2pm there was a maintenance guy packing up his tools and politely let me know the issue had been repaired. We had a few other minor maintenance issues during the year we rented from Rogers Property and they were all handled very quickly. At the worst they had somebody out the next day to fix the issue. If there was a scheduling issue they worked around our work schedules to insure we where home to manage our dog while the maintenance man re
