I had the pleasure of residing there for a full year(1193 Nostrand ave ), during which I was always respectful, responsible, and committed to being a good tenant. Although I am saddened to leave, I do so with deep appreciation. My time there was truly one of the best experiences I’ve had, and I am genuinely grateful for the support and professionalism shown to me throughout my stay. I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Sarah and the entire rogers Management team for everything you have done. Your assistance, communication, and dedication made my living experience exceptional.

219 Lenox was a terrible experience for me. Packages constantly stolen, front door being broken regularly, roach INFESTATION. I mean like the exterminator came 7 times and there still we’re issues down to my move out day. It took about 3 months for my toilet seat to get fixed. Management is not responsive or helpful. And they tried to not give me my full security deposit back for leaving roach bait that the exterminator placed. They are so unorganized I was getting charged for apartments I didn’t even live in and am still getting text messages from realtors asking them to show the unit. On top of that my hallway flooded my last week and they said nothing about it. Edit. It even got worse when I tried to pick up my security deposit. This is probably the most unprofessional and disrespectful company I have dealt with in my 10 years in NY. For starters, the apartment was not ready for brand new tenants that just signed on to a lease - but according to the manager, Isaac Fisher, they had prepared the apt in general. The apartment was dirty; with spider webs; fridge has no shelves; with a lot of fixing needed, including a doorknob that is broken and loosen. Not even a fresh coat of paint! And not due to timing between tenants. The apartment has been vacant for weeks! Secondly, some major security issues. We had two packages delivered that were left INSIDE the building that were opened and stolen. Friendly, fast, and modern management company. Rogers Management is generally a very attentive and reasonable management company to deal with. Toby has been of great assistance in communicating with the landlord during lease renewals or general concerns. Their online payment and ticket system is also far easier than most NYC "send a paper check in the mail" landlords.

I had a great two years living in this modern, luxurious building (219 Lenox) and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Flatbush. The building feels very safe, with a secure package delivery system and a professional, responsive management team that truly listens to residents' needs. As a newer construction, it requires minimal maintenance and is thoughtfully designed with high-end finishes throughout. The gym is well-equipped, and the resident lounges are clean, stylish, and well-maintained—perfect for relaxing or getting work done. Most residents are Downstate staff, which contributes to a quiet, respectful community atmosphere. Overall, a fantastic living experience in a sleek, comfortable, and well-managed property.
