I’ve had the pleasure of working with The Rogers Group for several years, with even more direct collaboration over the past six months, and they have consistently been outstanding to work with. Their team is highly organized, responsive, and makes the entire process seamless - whether I’m requesting documents, coordinating access, or needing time-sensitive information for a transaction. Lydia is especially exceptional - knowledgeable, proactive, and incredibly quick to respond, which is invaluable in a fast-paced real estate environment. Not much we can do, HOA and all. But I will say, after 20 years in the neighborhood and a few "property management" companies through the years, Rogers has been the worst. Horrible communication, aggressive (20 years of paying dues and late 15 days so they threaten a lien on our house), always non-responsive, several reports (via community FB page) of nasty responses when calling the office. Simply not a decent company.

Rogers Group is wonderful property management company with pleasant staff! Jenny thoroughly and patiently guided me through the process from application to signing the lease! Viewing the property was freshly painted nice and clean inside and out. I am super excited to move into my new 🏠
