I first met Roger Perry while looking for a commercial real estate broker, and I was so impressed that I hired him to help me find a home before I was even fully ready to move. There has never been a case where google needed a 6th star more than this. Roger and his team (esp. Shammi!!!) were absolutely amazing - every step of the way. And believe me there were lots of steps: from finding the right neighborhood (they had the inside scoop), to finding the right house (we were proactive on zillow every day so we found it, but Roger with his good eye for style, confirmed we nailed it), going through a bidding war or two (welcome to LA real estate), then negotiating with the sellers (he got the price way down!), and dealing with SO many tasks in the closing process (e.g. inspections, more negotiations to drop the price even further!). Roger and his team were there for us the whole time - most often leading the way or just handling it for us - to make our lives easier
