🚨 WARNING for anyone renting from South Park Place / Roers 🚨 I officially moved out in September, completed all my move-out paperwork, and received a confirmation email from them on September 24th that my online account was deactivated and all payments were canceled. Now, two months later, they’re trying to charge me rent for November a month I haven’t even lived there! 😡 Let this be a reminder to always keep your emails, texts, and move-out proof, because some places will still try to bill you even when you did everything right. I’ve already contacted management to correct this, but if they don’t fix it, I’ll be filing a formal complaint with the North Dakota Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Division. I refuse to let anyone mess with my credit or falsely accuse me of not paying

After nearly 7 years of living in 1919 Flats (formerly SGC), managed by Roer's Property Management, I feel confident saying avoid renting with Roers if you want your deposit back. In my experience, there is nothing you can do to avoid having large portions of it deducted arbitrarily. During my time, I lived in three separate units. While each was functional, not one of them was particularly clean upon move-in. I encountered dust, dirty windows, smudged surfaces, and scuffed fixtures. I didn’t complain at the time, thinking it was minor and tolerable. That was my first mistake. The real issue came at the end of my tenancy. I’ve really enjoyed living at The View by Roers! The apartments are modern and well-maintained, and the amenities are super convenient. The staff is friendly and responsive whenever I have questions or maintenance requests. It’s also in a great location—close to everything I need. Especially if you’re a student wanting to be close to campus! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and updated place to live!

Roers is One of the best Apartments to live in, very big and spacious, I been here for almost a year now.
