DON'T EVEN BOTHER TRYING TO HIRE - they say he's one of the best exterminators in the county but the guy is completely unreliable. I called eight times and left nearly as many voicemails over the course of two weeks trying to hire him for our wasp problem. He never answered and never called me back, even after our contractor got a hold of him for us and he promised to get back to me. Is it really so hard to pick up the phone? It's so rude and unprofessional. And it's especially frustrating because he supposedly has a great reputation. Undeserved if you ask me. Seriously, if you don't hear back right away just move on and hire someone else. We will never hire this guy or recommend him to anyone else after this.

Mark is amazing - and he's a mold expert. I had a ton of mold in my crawlspace, and it needed to be cleaned out, encapsulated and to have a drainage system added. Not many people know how to treat mold, and he does. And if it's not done right, you can get problems with your health without even knowing! He also knows how to treat pests - again, if not done correctly, it can wreak havoc on your health. He just went above and beyond, was so thorough, didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, honest, up front and very fair. I'm not going anywhere else in the future!

Mark did an amazing job inspecting a home I was purchasing. Was able to bring down costs and give helpful advice for the repairs it needed. Very helpful.
