Rodgers Forge

I’m a graduate foreign student, and this is my first renting experience in the USA. I've been living at Rodgers Forge for 8 months now, and I really like the apartments and the maintenance service. If something happens, you can always request maintenance, and they will fix it promptly. We had a situation when a bat and a bird got into our laundry room, but maintenance came and fixed our vent and removed animals. Also, the area is nice and safe. For me, this is the only place in Baltimore where I feel safe. I truly recommend it and plan to extend my lease

I am a past tenant at Rodgers forge Apartments...And I must say it was the best apartment and I mean best!!! In my entire life .. I absolutely loved it and had peace and I was treated very well as a tenant... I was made to feel welcome as a tenant and in the community.. And had no problems Whatsoever... Rodgers forge Apartments is the best and I mean best Apartment I have ever lived in..very top-notch,very quiet community and peaceful.... Management Outstanding , very polite, respectful, and considerate and truly care about the tenants...I had a very outstanding, excellent experience living at Rodgers forge Apartments...And I would like to move back as a returning future tenant... Although I could only give 5 stars ...I give Rodgers Forge Apartments 💯⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ and 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Working with Virgil through the leasing process was the best! He made sure to answer all our questions and had everything we needed for move in. It was also such an efficient process and he was very accommodating and nice to interact with, even after we moved in as well :) Thank you Virgil! We appreciate you very much!

DO NOT LIVE HERE. Woken up every morning by my neighbors tv at 7-8am and it goes allll day long. Maintenance doesn’t do anything about any of the requests including roaches and a whole bunch of other stuff. There are better options for apartments around.

Since moving here in January, I’ve seen dozens of German cockroaches almost every day. Almost a year later and I’m still killing atleast 20 roaches a day… It’s gotten to the point where I’ve woken up in my sleep from them crawling on me, they have been crawling up my leg while standing in the kitchen. I keep my place pretty clean too. Don’t even have my trash can in the apartment but still no matter what I do or how many times I call nothing changes. Rodger’s forge is a terrible place to live. Unless you wanna hear your neighbors eating dinner while having rodents crawling on u at the same time stay far away.
