I have mental disabilities and as a reasonable accommodation request, requested to pay through an online source. They told me to use bill pay. When I tried to set up bill pay via online bank account, I needed an account number from them they could not provide. Dan lied to me and gave me the wrong information to put my address as the "payee account number" I called my bank and verified this was misinformation. After being in contact with some lawyers and speaking up about their harassment and discriminatory behavior, they finally mentioned that they could set up payment with an ACH form. These are some of the worst kind of people. I've also had sluggish maintenance. I informed them about a water leak in bathroom ceiling months back now. the rocky Gordon company is currently in the midst of terrorize their tenants located on hack berry Lane in Bismarck. we had multiple reports from tenant that the rocky Gordon company is currently and actively attempting to steal tenants vehicles from in front of their homes. as we speak. terrorising folks that they know have no choice but to just take it because of they speak out against rocky Gordon. they retaliate. a pathetic con man operation if you ask me. negative 5 out of 10. rent at your own risk

I went with a friend to co sign a lease. I was told I had to be a family member to do that. Ok, I asked the ‘manager’ to please explain that. His only response was if they needed to get hold of me if necessary. I explained I was a local homeowner and wasn’t going anywhere. My attempt to discuss this was met a complete bovine stare and a stammer about company policy. My offer to pay however many months in advance they wanted was again met with the speechless stare and repetition of “ company policy”. These people are not bright enough to do business with.

I missed placed my key today, called Rocky Gordon after hours and was told that maintenance DOES NOT HANDLE lockout issues anymore. We the tenants are now responsible to hire a locksmith at our own expense. This is a place I called "home" for five years now. This is THE MOST EVIL TREATMENT !!!!

This place is terrible to rent from.. many many issues. I do not suggest. The maintenance takes forever to get in contact with and as well as inconvenient time. Tried to charge me more than my lease agree agreement and never had me sign a new lease agreement. They will also discriminate you which is against rental laws. Disappointed. Give this property back to goldmark..
