Quiet, dog loving community. Zoey is the tour guide/assistant manager and runs the leasing end of things. She is super friendly and was able to answer all our questions and then some. The leasing process has been very simple and stress-free thus far.

Thanks always to Rachel and Zoe for your help. They are the best!!! They work hard to take care of issues that I might have as far as maintenance goes. I can count on them always. 😀 They are understanding to the needs of the residents that live here. Also, Merza is quit the man of many talents. I appreciate all that he does and what they do for this complex and for myself included, many Blessing to them!!!! 🙏

Maintenance service is not the top priority of the apartment. First off, they make you do the request over the apartment app even though you just went to the office. Second, when you in the request of “set up appointment for maintenance to come over” they won’t call you to setup for appointment. They’ll get to you whenever they feel like, and just come knocking whenever throughout the day. Lack of communication. PLEASE BEWARE.

This community is always clean and well-kept. The maintenance team is superb—quick, efficient, and reliable. Rachel, the property manager, is professional, responsive, and truly cares about residents. Highly recommend living here!

Since Rachel has taken over as manager, it's quickly becoming a place I'm proud to live. There are resident activities monthly at the office now, for us to get to know the staff and our neighbors. Maintenance is on top of their game. All the staff is friendly and my dogs and I love stopping by on our walks every day to get lots of pets (the dogs, not me) and treats.
