My townhome in Parkview (Wayne) is currently having water leaking from the patio into the room/den directly below it. From what I can see, the patio was not built correctly; the waterproofing appears to be faulty, and the slope of the patio does not drain water away as it should.. Instead, water is pooling on the patio and seeping in through the edges, joints, and corners, eventually leaking through the ceiling of the room below. I am the second owner of this home, and the builder’s original 10-year structural warranty (2018–2028) is still in effect. However, despite several emails and phone calls, Rockwell has not responded. My wife and I built our dream home with Rockwell in the fall of 2021. We both entered the process with an unclear vision of what we wanted and a skeptical approach to builders in general. Rockwell quickly transformed our skepticism to excitement by establishing themselves as professional, experienced, and flexible. We met with a few other builders initially who were all quick to speak negatively about their competitors. Rockwell was never disparaging to any other builders and even praised some of the details of some nearby communities. We ultimately chose them because they earned our trust from the start. Worst quality finishing I have witnessed. We were told that the excessive nails holes would not be a problem, were "work in progress" and the Painter would "fix" with putty. They refused to remove and replace the trim. These pictures were taken three days before our scheduled closing. It is obvious that "quality" craftmen were not used. While Rockwell may come back within 1 year to re treat nail pops. They do not come back in 2, 3, etc. years to correct as the nails continue to pop and joints spread further as the house settles. Our opinion is that they rely on covering issues versus fixing them or building correctly the first time and it the buyer does not notice, no harm.

December 2025: The Steelpointe HOA in Phoenixville is currently suing Rockwell in Chester County Court. This is not just one home, but the community. They could stand by their work, but they've chosen to ignore the HOA's requests to engage in dialogue. Now the entire HOA has to pay to sue them.
