I’ve rented with rock town for going on 4 years now. The property managers are fast and efficient at answering any questions or concerns that I have. Almost always a same day reply. Any issues are resolved quickly. They truly make a great living experience.

Rocktown has been my leasing company for the last 6 months and my house has resigned our lease for next year! They always answer timely and are quick to help with maintenance or any issues we are having. Highly recommend!

The absolute worst company to manage HOAs! The staff we pay, rarely respond, but are quick to email about raises in fees. They don’t enforce rules, and when there is bad weather, the snow company they bid on and choose, doesn’t even do an adequate job. Snowed on Sunday, on Wednesday, many people are still iced/snowed in from the crappy job they did! Do better! We pay you for services and you don’t provide services worth our money!

RR manages the HOA for where my family lives. They have been completely ineffective in snow maintenance for this snow/icestorm. Delayed by days to do anything, and once they came they did the sidewalks but did a poor job at the roads and didn't touch the visitors spots. They claim that liabilitiy issues prevent them from asking people to move their vehicles for people to properly plow snow, but they've not even tried to ask people to move their vehicles out of the road, fire lanes, or visitor lot. The liability issue will be the wrecks caused due to their negligence. The area by the trash is also completely covered in snow and ice. Accidents waiting to happen every day. I also found that it took multiple calls to speak with anyone at RR about this issue. The person I spoke to on the phone

I wish I could do ZERO star because they don't deserve one star. I rented for 17 years and this company far the worst one I have dealt with. They tell you they will cover normal use maintenance, but at the end everything will be the tenant's fault and you will have to pay for that. And when you decide to leave, do not expect them to return your deposit. They will make up charges just to match your deposit to justify it. We rented a townhouse with this company for almost 4 years and we regret every penny we paid for them. I rented with Old dominion, Priority property management, and direct landlord property, and we always got our deposits back. They all appreciate doing business with us especially when we rented for many years with them. We never complained about property management before,
